Transferring skills:

One of my skills is to learn new skills and to teach them to others. As a high school foreign language teacher, I taught the students how to diagram English grammar to better understand its structure. In German & Spanish, I taught symbology, subject, verb plus adjective using the same skills. Repetition is so important to be open to owning the phrase, structure, & tools. It's like a formula. Hence mind mapping came easily to me. 

Another skill I pass on to others is "Deep Listening & Deep Questioning" On my Radio talk Show on KEST in San Francisco, I listened to the guest or call-in guests to hear what they were asking or saying. Try this skill the next time you go on a sales call.
