CHAKRA OPENINGS
Starting with the base chakra we will open & empower each chakra through the eighth chakra to access the Akashic Records. This chakra is magenta, the color of the known & unknown. What is a chakra?
Within the body, there are 7 or more energy sites that can be used to regulate the energy flow within the body. Each has a color and attributes. The colors are like the rainbow. Using your imagination and focusing on the location one can activate that attribute or characteristic.
Base Chakra or Root Chakra is located at the base of the spine. It can be used for grounding as well as releasing fear around financial well-being. The color is red.
The Sacral Chakra is the center for creativity and sensuality and is located above the genitals I sometimes use this energy for change. The color is orange.
The Solar Plexus Chakra is located just above the belly button and the color is yellow. I associate this energy center with the 'gut feeling'. It is also the power chakra of fight or flee.
The Heart Chakra is located in the heart and the high heart. The color is green and often is pink. It represents compassion, universal love, and ecstatic joy.
The Throat Chakra is located in the throat and represents our ability to tell the truth in a kind way. The color is light blue.
The Third Eye Chakra is located in the center of the forehead radiating back to the Pineal and Occipital. It is the Psychic & Healing Center The color is indigo.
The Crown Chakra is located at the top of the head. The color is violet. It is an opening to connecting to the All.
The Akashic Records Chakra The color is magenta and is located about 3+ feet above the head. One can open the records like a library of lifetimes, lessons, and experiences.
